1. How long I need to wait for sending  my order?

   Products which are ready to shipp we are sending products within 1-3 business  days. 

   For products made to order, the approximate time of their implementation is given.

   2. How Yellow Lamb sends purchases?

   Samll parcel we send orders via polish post office. Shipments which are larger and heavier we send via courier or polish post office.

3. I have a VAT registered company. How I can make purchase without VAT.

   You can contact with me before you start buying or, if you made purchase and realized that can get your stuff without VAT, write to me and enclose your VAT UE number and your country. I need to get this information in the sam day, before shipping. If you contact with me after shipping, I will not be able to reduce the amount of VAT.

4. Is it possible to return purchased items?

   You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased items. To return the goods and get back the cost of the purchase you must inform me of withdrawal from the purchase contract by e-mail using contact from the shop and return purchased items to the following address: Ogród i Drewno Lena Szymkowiak, ul. Chmielna 26, 44-141 Gliwice, Poland within 14 days of receive the purchased goods. You can return only unused product.

Custom or personalized orders can't be returned.
